About Kangacrew – Our Recruitment Approach

Vision, Passion and Pride:

We currently have five branches in the South East and one in Scotland; our expertise stems from years of experience working in the childcare sector. Since opening in 2005, we have been successfully finding temporary and permanent childcare jobs for practitioners of all abilities and levels of experience within the sector. 

Our offices are based in the day nursery environment, providing constant access to the ever changing world of childcare and providing a comfortable and secure environment for interviews to take place.

More recently, we have developed our service into the care sector; supplying care staff to various care settings and helping job seekers find care jobs.

Kangacrew's vision is to play a key role in the recruitment of the highest quality professionals for the sector. We believe that in focusing all our efforts and resources on this vision, we will realise our dream of becoming the care professionals and sectors first choice.
