Sandra Wright joined Kangacrew in Jan 2011, having previously worked with Capita Education (since 2008) where she gained her CertRP qualification in recruitment. Sandra was a Manager of a small nursery for a short time about 25 years ago and also founded a ‘youth club’ for ages 3-11 in Plymouth.

During her work history with Health & Fitness Clubs as General Manager she established and ran Creche facilities both in England and Northern Ireland. Sandra is particularly keen on providing young people and children the educational and social foundations they need to equip them for their adult lives. She truly believes that one needs to be passionate about ones work in order to work with a passion; something that is essential in childcare.

Sandra recruits and places nursery staff across Berkshire and Hampshire in day to day, fixed term and permanent placements. Being based in a working Day Nursery, Sandra is completely up to date with both legislation in childcare and what a working nursery requires in a staff member which is why working with Kangacrew is very special.
