Kylie joined Kangacrew in May 2008 to launch our Oxfordshire site. Kylie holds an NVQ level 3 in Childcare & Education and prior to joining Kangacrew had worked in both private and local authority daycare settings for 11 years.

Kylie’s Childcare experience and vast knowledge of the sector means that she is outstanding at recruiting suitable nursery practitioners through to Managers to place in early years settings either on a short or long term basis; having a strong understanding of what a setting requires in an early years practitioner.

Kylie prides herself in providing a personal service to each candidate and client to help find the best recruitment solution to meet their needs.

Oxfordshire is a busy site and Kylie loves the variety that each day brings!
