Long Term
As with Short Term cover – we are also able to cover longer periods of time with fixed term contracts.
This is especially helpful when you are looking to recruit, but do not want to commit to a permanent member of staff.You may be due a change to staffing requirements as a result of Pre-School numbers dropping in the nursery in September or January or you may have a maternity leaver and want a more consistent approach to your cover.
Short Term
Kangacrew are specialists in interim recruitment and support for all types of childcare settings; since the spring 2010 we have developed various bespoke fixed term contracts for nursery chains and independent settings. Thus providing a solution for cover for those intermediate periods, for example to cover sickness or give extra support for holiday cover.
Permanent
After our consultant has visited your nursery, they will immediately commence work finding a suitable candidate to fit your permanent nursery staff vacancy, your environment and your budget!
All our candidates are interviewed by us face to face and will have supplied three references. Our complex registration process ensures every candidate is interviewed, assessed and prepared for interview with you.
Temporary
Before we send a temporary member of nursery staff to your nursery they will have undergone an extensive registration process. All our candidates are interviewed by an experienced Kangacrew Consultant and will have supplied three references..
