After our consultant has visited your nursery, they will immediately commence work finding a suitable candidate to fit your permanent nursery staff vacancy, your environment and your budget!

All our candidates are interviewed by us face to face and will have supplied three references. Our complex registration process ensures every candidate is interviewed, assessed and prepared for interview with you.

Once we have obtained detailed vacancy requirements from you we will put forward candidates that suit your needs and continue to work alongside you until your vacancy is filled.

During the recruitment process our consultant with remain in constant contact with you, keeping you regularly updated. Following a successful placement, our dedicated consultant will remain in touch with you and the candidate to ensure the smooth transition of the induction period and to help iron out any teething problems during those first important weeks.
