Following your induction interview and registration with Kangacrew, our Permanent Consultant with work on your behalf to assist with finding you your next position. Whether it’s a senior or managerial role, a step up the Nursery ladder or your very first position, our Permanent service is dedicated in helping you with finding the right position.
As well as meeting every candidate in person, our consultants also visit each Nursery setting to meet with the Manager and staff and gain insight into the history, present status and future goals of each Nursery. Our consultant will take time to assess the Nursery to ensure it is a suitable working environment for our candidates and that the Nursery also provides the welcoming and friendly atmosphere that is so vital to any Nursery setting.
Once you have been invited to interview our consultant will endeavor to accompany you to your interview and be on hand every step of the recruitment process to answer any questions or concerns you may have pre and post interview.
