Kangacrew are delighted to be working with this wonderful nursery in Cambridge.

Part of a prestigous chain, the nursery is situated on the outskirts of the city centre of Cambridge.

The nursery is a sixty place nursery that offers full day care and part time sessional care to children from 3 months to 5 years in four different age group base rooms.

Within the nursery we have a strong team of practitioners that practise a strong foundation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), supporting and nurturing individual children progressing towards their next steps working, in partnership with parents on a daily basis.

Practitioners in the setting supported by management have successfully created a child friendly environment, which positively enables children to explore and learn through all aspects of play whilst at nursery indoors and outside.The nursery has a warm, caring and friendly atmosphere, with a team of qualified and experienced staff providing a happy sociable environment where all children are treated as individuals.

This nursery gives children a fantastic opportunity to learn through play in a cheerful and stimulating environment. A well established and experienced staff team provides a happy, sociable environment where every child is treated as an individual. 

We are assisting the nursery in recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner quaklfied to Level 3, for a permanent position. The position is offered on a full time basis (40 hours per week).

The ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

• full understanding of the EYFS, with ability to plan activities,

• enthusiastic team player and someone who is a able to demonstrate a willingness and ability to accept responsibility,

• A - C in Maths and English,

• Proactive approach in order to become an integral team member.

An enhanced CRB is essential and will be completed for the successful candidates.
