This is a very exciting opportunity for a Team leader to work within a lovely nursery in the Oxford area.

My client is looking for a qualified Nursery Nurse to act as a role model practitioner to all nursery staff within at all times whilst caring for the children on a day-today basis as well as assisting with some management responsibilities where necessary.

·         You will work In consultation with the Nursery Manager, operate and evaluate the SOUND Foundations requirements for children ensuring following the guidelines for the implementation of EYFS.

·         To ensure responsibility for the day-to-day management within your team, encouraging good practice by the staff team with regard to individual and group work with children, dealing with staff problems as they arise.

·         To ensure completion of planning, wipe boards, development folders, set out of activities etc as agreed with management team.

·         To be accountable for driving all aspects of inclusive practice, behaviour management and special educational needs within your team, liaising with the nursery representative.

·         This role is for 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
