Long Term Nursery

As with Short Term cover – we also offer our clients cover for longer periods of time with Fixed Term contracts. We continuously work with nurseries assisting with a wide range of long term nursery jobs across the UK.

Longer Fixed Term contracts are designed to assist our clients with finding a new member of staff for a 3-9 month period, whilst giving them the flexibility to closely monitor their staffing levels at different times of the year. We also cover maternity leave periods with Fixed Term positions for anything up to 12 months.

You would be employed by Kangacrew, paid weekly and receive the normal benefits of working for us, with the addition of being a fully integrated member of the nursery staff team. 

Your qualifications and experience would be taken into account whilst working and at the end of the contract, depending on the nursery’s individual circumstances; you may be offered permanent employment – in which case, your fixed term contract may be counted towards your probation, making your transition to permanent member of staff much quicker.

Fixed Term placements can be either full or part time.
